Vaux-le-Vicomte
Chateau at Maincy, about 55 km from Paris. We enter by the grand drive and set the couple down at the foot of the steps. Shuttles wait at the dedicated car park through the ceremony and dinner.
Event
Your wedding day timed to the minute, from town hall to chateau.
A Maybach for the couple, a cortege for close family, shuttles for a hundred guests: we coordinate every journey from the morning civil ceremony to the departure of the last guests. The context
A wedding is no simple ride: it is a choreography of vehicles across eight to twelve hours, sometimes over two or three sites sixty kilometres apart. We handle the intimate wedding of twelve as readily as the two-hundred-guest reception that needs six vehicles in rotation. The couple's car stays at their disposal all day, while shuttles run the loops between the station, the hotel and the venue. Our clients are families, wedding planners and event houses that demand absolute punctuality and total discretion. Across the May-to-September season we run up to forty weddings, most of them on Saturdays.
When
May to September
Peak wedding season. Saturdays often book six to nine months ahead, especially for fleets of four vehicles or more. We hold the Maybachs and V-Class units as a priority.
June and September
The most requested months for Ile-de-France chateaux. Vaux-le-Vicomte and Chantilly fill up on some weekends, which means access and drop-off times must be locked in at booking.
April and October
Shoulder months. More flexible pricing and better availability, ideal for weekday ceremonies or smaller indoor weddings.
December
Winter weddings and year-end receptions inside Paris. Shorter journeys, heated S-Class and EQS, with extra care for ice on country roads.
Method
You send us the running order: town hall, religious venue, photo session and reception times. We cost the vehicles and rotations needed, with a quote within 2h.
We check chateau access, drop-off zones and real travel times. You receive a minute-by-minute plan, agreed with your wedding planner if you have one.
Optional floral dressing on the couple's car, water and chargers on board, liveried chauffeur. Vehicles are washed and positioned the night before for early starts.
A coordinator stays reachable throughout. Chauffeurs adjust in real time if the ceremony runs long or the photos overrun, without putting pressure on the couple.
Where
Chateau at Maincy, about 55 km from Paris. We enter by the grand drive and set the couple down at the foot of the steps. Shuttles wait at the dedicated car park through the ceremony and dinner.
Estate in the Oise, 50 km to the north. Park access is regulated: we coordinate drop-off slots with the estate manager so there is no waiting at the gates.
Civil ceremonies inside Paris. We manage regulated double-park drop-offs and wait on site while guests reach the wedding hall.
Chateaux and private estates across Seine-et-Marne and the Oise. We scout access beforehand, as many estates have narrow lanes or gate hours.
Weddings in Cannes, Monaco and the hinterland. We position vehicles and chauffeurs locally for full weekends, with no empty-return costs passed to you.
Included
The Maybach was waiting outside the town hall exactly on time, and the two shuttles ran the Chantilly loop without a single guest left waiting. The chauffeur even absorbed our photo overrun without a word.

Across France
We run weddings across the whole of France: Paris and Ile-de-France first, but also Lyon, Bordeaux, Deauville, Nice, Cannes and Monaco for Riviera receptions. For celebrations in Marseille, Toulouse, Strasbourg or Lille, we position vehicles and chauffeurs locally for the full weekend.
The fleet
For the couple, the Mercedes-Maybach and the S-Class have the widest rear doors, which matters when stepping in with a long dress without creasing it. For the family cortege, the E-Class and BMW i7 follow in convoy. For guests, the V-Class carries seven, the Sprinter VIP up to eight in full comfort, with the EQV as the quiet electric option.
Yes. We book the Maybach or S-Class for the full day, from the early start to the final transfer to your hotel. The chauffeur stays on site between movements, and you do not pay a fresh fare for each leg.
Yes. With seven-seat V-Class and eight-seat Sprinter VIP units in rotation, we easily move one hundred to two hundred guests between the station, the hotel and the venue. We build an hourly rotation plan so no group is left waiting.
Floral dressing is available on the couple's car, coordinated with your florist or ours. We fit the arrangements the same morning to keep them fresh, on the grille or rear shelf depending on the vehicle.
On-site waiting is included and our chauffeurs adjust the schedule in real time. If the religious service or the photos overrun, the coordinator re-times the shuttles to absorb the slip without leaving guests on the pavement.
For a June or September Saturday at an Ile-de-France chateau, allow six to nine months, especially for a fleet of four vehicles or more. In shoulder season or midweek, a few weeks often suffice. We send the quote within 2h so you can lock your vehicles quickly.
